Classes are Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:15 am - on Zoom!
Why Zoom?...the benefits of practicing yoga from home:
Come as you are, no traffic, reduces carbon footprint, stay in savasana at the end of class. It's just for you; no mirrors, no judgement, no comparing to others. Laugh, take yourself seriously... it's all up to you!

September 10, 17, 24 - Hip Openers & Backbends
October 8, 15, 22 - Core/limb strength & Balances
November 5, 12, 19- Revolved Poses
December 3, 10, 17 – Arm Balances & more core…
All classes are free, but all donations benefit One Planet Rescue)

Considerations:
*The classes in each month build on one another, so it is best to plan one month at a time.
*Classes will be recorded, however, I am not able to forward any links at this time.
Waiver:
A waiver must be submitted (scroll down) through openspacesdance.com the zoom link will be sent to you once the waiver is received. If you have already submitted a waiver for a previous year, please fill out another one. Thank you!
For persons under 18, a legal parent/guardian must fill out and sign the actual waiver below, attach the waiver here (see above) and hit send along with the required information for that person, or download, sign and email back to openspacesdance@me.com
